This is a telephonic consultation with a NetMedic.co.za medical doctor.

Our doctors are able to assist with any of the following topics:

• Advice on how to avoid, prevent, and treat STD/STIs
• General sexual health and general wellness topics

General Health

• Recommendations on health and wellness tests to take
• Advice regarding general health conditions
• Referral to a specialist doctor if required

A prescription is included in the price of the consultation if needed. Medication is a separate charge and will have top be obtained from a registered South African pharmacy. This will incur an additional cost.

Upon booking your consultation you will receive an email from our medical team. They will request your medical history. Our team will review the information provided and contact you directly on your phone number to arrange the consultation.

Most consultations are concluded on the same or next working day, depending on when we receive your request and how busy our team of doctors are.
